(ii) Hotel Fair 2022
Hotel Fair 2022 was successfully held at COEX Seoul from 28th to 31st July 2022, inviting 120 companies from the hotel industry to showcase recent industry trends. Themed “Digital Transformation”, the Hotel Summit discussed on the digital innovations including IoT, AI, kiosks, and robots for efficient hotel management, offering the best business opportunities in the hotel industry. (iii) Sustainable Built Environment (SBE) 2022 Seoul
Successfully held at GLAD Yeouido Hotel from 14th to 15th July 2022, SBE22 SEOUL is part of the Sustainable Built Environment (SBE) 2021-23 Conference Series, focused on Sustainable Built Environment with Smart Technology. As a regional SBE conference, SBE22 Seoul hosted a SBE roundtable and presentations to share research innovation and market application related to sustainability in the built environment. Since 2000, the SBE series well-established as a leading international series of conferences focusing on issues related to sustainable built environment. Now, the SBE series 2021-23 cycle series follows a three-year cycle from 2021 to 2023.

(iv) International Data Week 2022
Themed “Data to Improve Our World”, International Data Week 2022 (IDW 2022) took place in hybrid format with in-person at Seoul Dragon City Hotel from 20th to 23rd June 2022. As the first Asian country to host the IDW, Seoul brought together 700 international data experts such as data scientists, researchers, industry leaders, entrepreneurs, policymakers and data stewards from disciplines across the globe virtually and in-person, to explore how best to exploit the data revolution to improve science and society through data-driven discovery and innovation. In the era of the fourth industrial revolution, data have become an important resource that drives science and technology and leads to new discoveries, innovations and economic growth.
IDW 2022 combines the 18th Research Data Alliance (RDA) Plenary Meeting, the biannual meeting of this international member organisation working to develop and support global infrastructure facilitating data sharing and reuse, and SciDataCon, the scientific conference addressing the frontiers of data in research organised by Committee on Data (CODATA) and World Data System (WDS).
(v) Asian Congress of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery (ACOMS) 2022
The largest Asian organisation of oral and maxillofacial surgeons, ACOMS hosted its 15th international congress at Osstem R&D Center in Seoul from 26th to 28th May 2022. The symposium has concluded as a successful case of an international medical symposium organised in a hybrid format centring around face-to-face meetings, with 1,000 online and offline participants from 30 countries.
