Zain, Ronnie, and Orange Thong.

Luqman Hakim’s Nasi Lemuni Bersama Arnab Bakar Perchik Diiringi Sayur Goreng Belacan highlighted the flavours of Northern Malaysia, featuring locally sourced ingredients and traditional recipes.

Siti Hajar Binti Badrul Hisham presented Nasi Dagang served with Gulai Chicken Roulade Fish Coconut Sambal & Acar Jelatah, an authentic dish from Terengganu and Kelantan, bringing forth the rich culinary heritage of the region.

In the Coffee Beverage Menu category, Hilton Kuala Lumpur presented a Coffee Signature Beverage, earning a prestigious Bronze award. Rivaldo Sampok, with his innovative mixology skills, secured the Bronze award in the Mixologist category for his Malacca Pirate & Earl Scorpion creation, showcasing a blend of flavors inspired by local ingredients.

Nur Fatin Nabillah, the Chef de Partie Garde Manger, demonstrated her culinary prowess by winning the Bronze award in Category 1 – Plated Appetisers.
