DoubleTree by Hilton properties across Malaysia invites guests to be part of a unique culinary odyssey as they launch the inaugural seven chefs exchange program through a nationwide campaign, Signatures Across the State : A Makan Kitchen Showcase. This cross-over promotion brings together chefs to create diverse dishes blending their talents and flavors, resulting in innovative culinary creations.

From June 1st to 30th, each DoubleTree by Hilton property across Malaysia will host a chef from another Makan Kitchen outlet. With fortes ranging from Javanese Heritage to Nyonya Peranakan Cuisine, the chefs are set to showcase the rich diversity of flavour profile that resonates with the Makan Kitchen brand.
