The Seafood station boasted Barbeque Giant Skewered Meat and Fish cooked to perfection, accompanied by various sauces and condiments. The Noodle corner featured Mee Rebus, Wanton Noodle Soup, Mee Mamak, and Fried Char Koay Teow.
The star of the show was the Kambing Panggang, Chef Hanif’s specialty, served with impressive Biryani Rice and Arabic Bread. Various stalls offered Malaysian Chicken Rice, Satay, Roti John, Chilli Crab, Ayam Goreng Berempah Jiwa, Ikan Goreng, Roasted Duck, Ayam Percik, and Lala with Oyster Ginger Sauce.
More tantalizing flavors included Tempe Kacang, Ayam Kampung Panggang Udang Goreng Mamak, North Indian Salted Lamb, Ikan Duri Masak Berlada, Gulai Siput Batang Keladi, Assam Pedas, Rendang Rusa, and the ever-popular Malaysian Satay.
Gulai Kawah Sotong, Szechuan Deep-fried Garoupa, Seafood Thermidor were visual feasts. Chef Joseph and his team crafted 30 different types of appetizers, Kerabu, Ulam-Ulam, Savories, Pickles, and Salads.
Satiate your palate with a display of fresh Seafood including Poached Mussels, Prawns, Crabs, and Salmon Fish. Desserts were a heavenly assortment of homemade Malay Kuih, Agar-Agar, Tapai Pulut, Pengat Pisang, Sago Gula Melaka, Raya Cookies, Ondeh-Ondeh, Puteri Ayu, Bingka Ubi, Kuih Seri Muka, Ice-Kacang, French Pastries, Mango Pudding Cakes, and various flavored Ice-Cream.
