Available from 8 June to 31 July 2026, the limited-time dining experience brings the spirit of Phuket to Kuala Lumpur, offering guests an opportunity to experience Thailand’s rich culinary heritage through authentic recipes, regional specialities and time-honoured cooking techniques personally curated by Chef Noppadon.
Where Thai Traditions Meet the Table
Inspired by Phuket’s vibrant food culture, Chef Noppadon has crafted a menu that celebrates Thailand’s diverse culinary influences. Guests can savour signature favourites including Som Tum, Pad Thai Goong, Massaman Curry and Mango Sticky Rice, alongside a variety of regional dishes that showcase the bold spices, fresh ingredients and traditional recipes found across the country.
Beyond the dining experience, The Essence of Thai Cuisine offers guests an opportunity to immerse themselves in elements of Thai culture through interactive activities inspired by local traditions. From the “Smell the Fragrance” challenge during the dinner buffet to the traditional Thai Batu Seremban activity featured during the weekend high tea buffet, guests can enjoy an added layer of cultural discovery throughout the experience.
