Spread across two purpose-built venues – Nexus and The Vertical – the centre occupies over 200,000 square feet of space and features 5 Pillarless Ballrooms, 15 Function Rooms, 1 Junior Ballroom, 1 Auditorium, 3 VIP Rooms, a Rooftop Gazebo, and an upscale private event space called The Oak Room.

Launched in two phases in 2014 and 2016 respectively, the two sites that make up CCEC are managed by UOA Hospitality, the hospitality arm of UOA Group. The centre specialises in catering for corporate functions, meetings, AGM, seminars, private dinners, conferences, exhibitions, launch events, award ceremonies, cocktail receptions, social events and more.

Strategically located in Bangsar South between Kuala Lumpur and Petaling Jaya, CCEC is easily accessible via major highways and is also well served by public transportation. Ballrooms

The five impressive ballrooms encompasses three ballrooms at Nexus and two ballrooms at The Vertical. With each ballroom ranging from 250 to 500 seating capacity, the spaces can also be combined to form the Grand Nexus ballroom which can accommodate 2,100 persons, while the Grand Summit ballroom can seat up to 1,000.

Function Rooms

A remarkable choice of 15 function rooms spread across Nexus and The Vertical offers solutions for events of various requirements and sizes. Each function room features modern facilities, while at Nexus, the four individual function rooms can be joined to create a larger space when combined.

Auditorium

The centre’s state-of-the-art auditorium is located in Nexus, seats 300 and comes complete with a first-class AV system and a stylish three-tier seating arrangement, making it ideal for concerts, launches and movie screenings.

Junior Ballroom

The Zenith Junior Ballroom with floor to ceiling glass windows caters for over 180 guests and is ideal for social events, annual dinners and live shows. It’s impressive curved design layout also adds character to the space.

Gazebo

Intimate gatherings and cocktail receptions find a home at CCEC’s very own Gazebo, a sophisticated outdoor venue which seats up to 20 people in a verdant and peaceful setting complete with water features and a beautifully designed landscaped garden.

The Oak Room

Elegantly designed with tasteful furnishings and an inviting ambience, The Oak Room is a creative alternative venue for business events with luxurious facilities and excellent services.

VIP rooms
