Building on the success of its inaugural edition, the Malaysian Association of Convention and Exhibition Organisers and Suppliers (MACEOS) proudly announces the return of EventXpo 2025. Dedicated to driving innovation, sustainability, and collaboration, Malaysia’s premier business events showcase will take place from 7 to 9 August 2025 at the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre (KLCC).
With the theme “Smart Solutions, Smart Events,” EventXpo 2025 will serve as a catalyst for industry advancement, bringing together key stakeholders, thought leaders, and innovators from across the region. Designed to foster networking, knowledge-sharing, and business growth, the event will offer attendees an immersive experience featuring cutting-edge exhibitions, insightful keynote sessions, live demonstrations, and strategic business-matching opportunities.

In conjunction with EventXpo 2025, the Kind Malaysia initiative will continue to foster corporate social responsibility within the industry. This initiative serves as a platform for businesses to engage with non-profit organisations, promoting meaningful collaborations that create a lasting social impact. By integrating social responsibility into business events, Kind Malaysia underscores the industry’s commitment to inclusivity, empowerment, and long-term community engagement.
Following its successful debut in 2024, which attracted over 3,000 local and international trade visitors, 85 exhibitors, and 115 hosted buyers, EventXpo facilitated 550 business matchings throughout the event. With an expanded program and enhanced engagement opportunities, MACEOS anticipates an even more impactful edition in 2025.
