With years of experience in culinary arts, Crowne Plaza’s Executive Chef Adrian Jackson has skilfully curated a gastronomical feast of tantalising dishes stemming from the traditional Malay cuisine. Warm up your tastebuds with the ‘Sup Gearbox Kambing Berempah’, a bold and flavourful reinterpretation of the traditional beef broth or a hearty bowl of ‘Bubur Lambuk’. Both these dishes are the perfect starter to replenish your energy after a full day of fasting and will leave you craving for more. There is also a wide selection of appetisers such as ‘Spicy Beef Salad’, ‘Kerabu Sotong Pedas’, and ‘Kerabu Taugeh’ to whet your appetite.
For the Mains, expect to be intrigued by a spread of culinary treasures from land and sea featuring dishes such as the fiery ‘Perut Sapi Masak Lemak Cili Api’, a classic ‘Kari Kepala Ikan’, ‘Kambing Golek’ served with a refreshing mint sauce, and a golden crispy ‘Sotong Goreng Mamak’. This will be accompanied by Hari Raya must-haves such as ‘Serunding’, ‘Ketupat’ and ‘Lemang’. Diners can also look forward to an array of dishes such as Grilled Fish, Squid, Shellfish, and a variety of ‘Satay’ at the Bakar-Bakar grill station. Be sure you don’t miss out on the bountiful array of aromatic Sambals to complement these dishes.
