Opened to public on 3 April 2017, Lotte World Tower is the world’s fifth tallest building standing 123 stories and 555 meters high. Its upper 10 floors allocated for public spaces and entertainment, offering a diverse range of unique Seoul experiences from a high altitude including a glass floor observation deck for a gorgeous 360-degree view of Seoul, various exhibitions based on the theme “The Pride of Korea” and a café above the clouds. At the Seoul Sky Observatory, visitors can observe all the different facets of Seoul Sky, ever-changing with the four seasons and time of day.
To head to the highest observatory decks that located on the top floors of Lotte World Tower, you have to take the Sky Shuttle, Korea’s only double-deck elevator that moves in a speed of 10m per second. As you ride on the Sky Shuttle, you can experience an exhilarating sensation that you have never felt before with the elevator featuring monitors on the ceiling and each of the three wall.
The 118th floor Sky Deck is the highest indoor glass floor (478 m) recognised by the Korea Record Institute, where visitors will be amazed with instantaneous wonder and the marvellous nighttime view of Seoul.
Visitors can take in the cool air and a majestic panoramic view of Seoul while standing on the outdoor Sky Terrace at 486 meters above ground level on the 120th floor.
For more exciting memories, you can try to cross the thrilling Sky Bridge, where you can enjoy the Seoul sky at the height of 541m.
SKY 31 Convention, Seoul’s tallest convention complex that located on the 31st floor of Lotte World Tower. Equipped with advanced technology and excellent conference facilities, the magnificent SKY31 Convention consists of an elegant SKY 31 Lounge, an auditorium and 5 stylish rooms namely Star, Moon, Cloud, Sun and Sky, with floor to ceiling natural light for guests to choose from.
The luxurious SKY31 Lounge offers marvellous views with a capacity of 261 people, which is suitable for multi purpose banquet or exhibition.
The modern auditorium offers fixed space with 135-tiered seats for corporate events, conferences or educational events. It features state-of-the-art audio and video systems and the AV room connected to the waiting room for convenience and quality of service.
The Conference A Hall is a flexible space and can be divided into Sky, Sun and Cloud rooms, which is suitable for corporate events, conferences, award ceremonies, banquets, brand launching or press conferences.
The Conference B Hall is a small to medium sized banquet hall with flexible table arrangement, suitable for board meeting or VIP breakfast meeting. The venue also can be divided into Moon and Star rooms, making it optimal for customised events. The delegates can take a walk around the beautiful Seokchon Lake by the building during the breaks or after!
