Asia Culture Center, a multipurpose cultural complex with a combination of tradition and modernity. It all started with the call for human rights and peace that was raised during the May 18 Democratic Movement.
The ACC was created to promote exchange, education, research and mutual understanding between Asian cultures, with its 5 divisions namely ACC Archive & Research, ACC Creation, ACC Theater, ACC Children and ACC Cultural Exchange.
Asia Plaza is an open yard with a slight slope at the centre of the Asia Culture Center. The 5,383 sqm open space is suitable to set up a large stage during festivals or to host any outdoor event, concert and multipurpose banquet, with a capacity of 2,800 people. During the day, the fountain at the plaza lets visitors reminisce about the good old days, while the LEDs create a spectacular night view of the center with the colourful lights.
