Convention Halls and Spaces
The Sime Darby Convention Centre spreads across four floors, consists of a ballroom, 21 meeting rooms, an auditorium and restaurants. The stunning Grand Ballroom comprises a column-free area of 1,765m2 to accommodate up to 2,600 guests. For those who are attuned to smaller ballrooms, the ballroom can be converted into three smaller function rooms and each of it can accommodate up to 800 guests.
The 180-seater auditorium is an ideal venue for award presentations, seminars and training. The state-of-the-art audio-visual system and the luxurious seating in a conducive set up allows full view of the presenters and perfect for a plenary session or stages theatre production.
The SDCC can satisfy every event requirement from corporate functions to intimate celebrations with its three floors of flexible meeting space. Six well-appointed function rooms are also available to cater to meetings from 10 to 220 persons. Its multi-purpose rooms offer outstanding versatility and convenience for visitors, exhibitors, vendors, and event planners.
The three function rooms located at the Rooftop Garden floor offer breath-taking views of TPC Kuala Lumpur’s golf course. These unique views make SDCC’s function spaces suitable for social celebration, small private events and cocktail parties.

The Halal (Jakim certified) food and beverage outlets options also cater for the guests – Halia, China Treasures, D’Atap Gazebo and Flame.
Halia is a modern and trendy restaurant serving local, Asian and Western cuisine on top of a daily buffet lunch and Weekend Hi-Tea. China Treasures is a fine-dining Chinese restaurant, led by a renowned Chinese chef, satiates palates with its Dim Sum and halal Chinese cuisine in available private rooms or at the common dining area. D’Atap Gazebo provides Steamboat and Grill Garden, while Flame is a fine-dining that indulge in a flaming experience of Western taste and flavours.
