Attention couples! A dreamy wedding awaits you at Shangri-La’s Rasa Resort & Spa – and it could all be FREE!
Shangri-La’s Rasa Sayang Resort & Spa is currently running a ‘Wedding on Us’ Contest for lovebirds who pre-book and confirm hosting their wedding receptions at the resort anytime between 14 February and 15 May 2021. The date of the wedding is to be held between 1 June to 30 December 2021.
Once couples have signed a confirmation to have their weddings at the Rasa Sayang Resort & Spa, they are automatically eligible to enter the contest – and stand a chance to win the Grand Prize of an exclusive, all-expenses-paid wedding package that includes the wedding reception, dinner banquet, floral arrangements and photography worth up to RM77,000!
Couples will also need to share or upload a minimum of 3 photos and 1 short video to their personal Facebook or Instagram pages with a caption stating why Shangri-La’s Rasa Sayang Resort & Spa should host their wedding.
Tag @rasasayangresort in the posts and include the hashtags #RasaSayangWeddingOnUs and #rasasayangresort. Couples must also follow @rasasayangresort on Facebook on Instagram and are reminded to set their social media profiles to public. All entries must be uploaded by 12 noon on 15 May 2021.
All entries will be carefully reviewed based on the couple’s creativity and story behind their romance. The top 3 couples will then be selected, and the public will then be given the opportunity to vote online for the winning couple.
“Photography has the power to tell the amazing stories behind each romance and we hope that the images and videos submitted by couples portray their feelings of love and happiness for each other,” said the resort’s Director of Events Management, Danny Yap.
For the entries, couples can submit photos and videos taken anywhere. They do not have to be shot at the resort. The ‘Wedding on Us’ contest is open to all couples who are planning to have their wedding at Rasa Sayang. Other terms and conditions apply.
