In the new normal era, Seoul’s convention centres are moving towards digital innovations by providing options for online or hybrid events, instead of just offering sufficient physical event spaces such as exhibition halls, auditorium and meeting rooms to accommodate over thousand attendees. Let’s have a glimpse through virtual site inspection on convention centres in Seoul such as Coex, aT Center, SETEC and SKY31 Convention, where you can plan all aspects of your future events from anywhere in the world, leaving your guests memorable experiences.

Coex Convention & Exhibition Center, strategically located in the heart of Gangnam, is Seoul’s largest and Korea’s busiest convention and exhibition center, with its state-of-art infrastructure and convenient transportation linkage.

The center offers 4 flexible exhibition halls and 55 spacious meeting rooms that spread over four stories above ground with a total of 36,000 sqm of exhibition space and a floor area of 460,000 sqm. The 4 customised exhibition halls can be divided into a total of 9 separate rooms including a convention hall that can accommodate up to 7,000 people, where the 55 meeting rooms can be partitioned into over 90 different spaces to host meetings of any sizes. The center also provides prayer rooms on the third floor for Muslim guests to conduct their prayers.

More than just an event venue, Coex has extended its business and is well equipped with advance event technologies to host and service all types of physical, virtual and hybrid events, which will fully support event organisers to reach wider audiences with memorable virtual and in-person experiences, and increase operational efficiency, engagement and sales.

Experienced in MICE industry over 30 years, Coex gets greener with eye-catching Xpace digital signage, which helps to cut 21,000 sqm of physical waste annually from old-style promotional banners. Launched in July 2020, the new lean and green Xpace digital display panels in the ground floor lobby are designed to make any messages stand out, from corporate messages to product launches, fashion shows, and anything else the clients want to tell the world. The 8 colourful 11 x 4.5 sqm installed panels create a big digital promotion space in Coex’s ground floor lobby, putting them in full view of the millions of visitors who pass through the doors to attend the 2,500 events Coex hosts on average every year.

     Virtual Site Inspection for Coex:

From hosting international conferences and exhibitions, to providing accommodations, shopping, dining and entertainment, Coex’s world class infrastructure ensures that all your needs are met right here under one roof. Overlooking an ancient Bongeunsa Temple, Coex offers on-site facilities such as three 5-star hotels, the Starfield Coex Mall, four international office towers, the Seven Luck Casino and a city airport terminal.

aT Center is an ideal solution to your space needs for meetings, workshops, seminars and special events, with its numerous spacious exhibition halls and meetings rooms that complemented by a beautiful reception area. The center allows flexible room configurations such as theater style, banquet style or classroom style while maintaining a private, professional work environment for its tenants and outside organisations.

The conference rooms provides an optimum environment enabling a variety of events including international conferences through ceiling 3D LCD projector stage illumination as well as simultaneous interpretation services in 5 languages.
